Add a phone number link to quickly call directly from the notification, include web links using the built-in browser, or leverage deep linking to navigate straight to the relevant record in the Dynamics 365 mobile app. This makes your alerts not only actionable but also highly convenient.
Take Notes and Respond
Each push notification lets you respond immediately. Whether it’s a simple “Done” or an approval decision, you can include comments that are sent back to Dynamics 365 CRM. This ensures every action is tracked and recorded without extra steps.
Include PDF Attachments
Your alerts can now include PDF attachments generated from CRM reports. This enables approvers to review documents such as quotes, invoices, or reports directly from the notification, streamlining the decision-making process and eliminating the need to open Dynamics 365.
Deep Linking Made Easy
CRM Alerts supports deep linking into both Dynamics 365 and Resco Mobile Apps. For example, when a new lead is registered, your notification can include a button that directly opens the mobile app and navigates straight to the relevant record. Say goodbye to tedious searching!
Synchronize Across Devices
CRM Alerts works seamlessly across multiple devices, keeping all notifications and statuses synchronized. In addition to iPhone, we now support iPad with slide-over and full multitasking, allowing you to work in CRM Alerts side by side with other apps.
Flexible Subscription Options
CRM Alerts offers two subscription tiers to match your needs:
- Basic Subscription: 100 alerts per month
- Premium Subscription: Unlimited alerts
Both subscriptions are auto-renewing monthly and can be canceled at any time, ensuring flexibility for your organization.
